For the past 12 years, Stephanie Malan has specialized in advising developers on data-driven decision making, valuation, management, interior design, operations, and marketing services in sales and leasing across New York City.

Through Statis Consulting, she has consistently partnered with established developers to deliver successful buildings and business plans—supporting clients in making profitable decisions while creating new and unique projects that enhance neighborhoods.
